Calling creative students! If you have a flair for design and are interested in recognition for your talent, create a poster for our exciting new conference.
The committee of the School of Humanities and Social Science Creative (post)Humanities conference invites entries for a competition to design its publicity.
Creative (post)Humanities depend on two concpets: “firstly, the mind-body continuum – i.e. the embrainment of the body and embodiment of the mind – and secondly, the nature-culture continuum – i.e. ‘naturecultural’ and ‘humanimal’ transversal bonding” (Rosi Braidotti). Competition submissions could visually explore these ideas, or any other way of understanding “Creative (post)Humanities”
The poster will be used to publicise the conference locally and on the web. It should include a strong, eye-catching image, the title and date of the conference. The winning design will receive a $1000 cash prize.
Entries should be uploaded to this website by 4 January 2022 in an editable electronic format. By submitting your entry to the competition, you grant permission for your work to be used to publicise the conference in print and on the web.
